Family Strengths Questionnaire

Our Family Strengths Questionnaire is designed to assist allied health practitioners in pinpointing and harnessing the innate strengths present within families throughout their assessment, goal-setting and support programs. By identifying and amplifying each family’s pre-existing strengths, practitioners can enable families to support their children and adolescents with greater efficacy.

The questionnaire is a quick and easy-to-read form (that comes in both printable PDF and Fillable PDF formats) that allows you to gather information about each family’s perceived strengths, challenges and unique characteristics in the areas of communication, unity, shared activities, closeness, acceptance, commitment, resilience and supports, as well as additional space for further information.
